Wie zijn wij?
Bertels is een productie- en handelsbedrijf dat verschillende soorten substraten, basisvoedingen en additieven voor planten produceert en levert aan klanten in verschillende branches over de hele wereld. Wij zijn houder van 2 merken die bekend staan onder 2 handelsnamen, te weten “Plagron” en “Pure”.
Wij hebben de afgelopen jaren veel nieuwe collega’s verwelkomt bij Bertels. Door deze groei zijn wij qua kantoor uit ons jasje gegroeid en is een prachtig nieuw pand gebouwd, dat we in augustus 2020 in gebruik hebben genomen.
Wij streven er naar om zoveel mogelijk expertise in eigen huis te hebben. Daarmee kunnen we snel schakelen bij ontwikkelingen op alle vakgebieden. Er werken ruim 70 collega’s verdeeld over de volgende afdelingen: Research & Development, Marketing, Webdevelopment, Grafisch, Regulatory Affairs, Bedrijfsbureau / productie en Sales. Daarnaast verschillende stafafdelingen als Finance, HR, ICT en Catering.
Wat mag je van ons verwachten?
Flexibele werktijden, maar geen flexibele werkplekken! Iedere werknemer heeft een eigen werkplek. Er wordt veel gewerkt in projectteams, waarbij jouw inbreng en enthousiasme echt het verschil kunnen maken.
De sfeer is no-nonsense, informeel en met korte communicatielijnen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. In de pauze staat een lekkere lunch voor je klaar in onze brasserie. Daarnaast is er vers fruit, maar ook een frietdag. Na het werk kun je je in het zweet werken met een gratis all-in fitnessabonnement. Ook onze arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn natuurlijk prima geregeld.

Bertels has a warm atmosphere and the activities, such as Friday afternoon drinks and staff parties, are always fun. You immediately notice that you are working for a family business. In R&D we develop new products. But we also always develop existing products further. Stagnation means decline! We also monitor the quality of the products, from the raw materials to the end product. I feel completely at home here!
